A free interactive session for girls aged 12–18 with Svitlana Klipikova. Explore nutrition, skin, hair and nail health, common myths and healthy habits. Registration is required.

What really affects the health of your skin, hair and nails? Let’s explore nutrition and everyday habits, and separate facts from myths!

VERUM Foundation invites girls aged 12–18 to an interactive session, “Beauty Starts Within: Nutrition, Skin and Healthy Habits.”

The session will be led by Svitlana Klipikova, a nutrition practitioner with over 10 years of experience, including more than 3 years of practice in Canada.

Participants can look forward to discussions, practical activities and a quiz about common myths. We will talk about nutrition, self-care and three simple habits to support health and natural beauty.

Admission is free. Registration is required.
